Orders

• Placing an order means that you agree to my Terms & Conditions.
• All cards listed on the website are in stock and available for immediate despatch.
• As each card is individually handcrafted slight variations will occur which only adds to their uniqueness!
• I aim to despatch all orders within 24 –48 hours of receiving cleared payment. However this will depend on the volume of your order and may be affected by seasonal requirements.
• Orders for bespoke & personalised cards cannot be cancelled after payment has been received.
• As they are made individually to order please allow 7-14 days for bespoke cards and factor this into the timing for ordering a card.
• Dizzy Lizzy Cards reserve the right to increase the prices of their products periodically to reflect increased costs.

Payment Methods

• Orders can be made using all major credit & debit cards through the Paypal facility (You do not need an account to use Paypal). Payment processing is automated and there are no additional charges for card payments.
• Cheques , postal orders and bankers drafts will be accepted and should be payable to Dizzy Lizzy Cards. Please include a copy of your order confirmation with your payment and allow 7 days for your payment to clear prior to your order being despatched.

Postage & Packing

• UK orders will be posted using Royal Mail 1st class delivery service for which the charge will be £1.00 per order.
• Orders from abroad will be sent by Royal Mail Airmail. Prices will vary depending on the size & weight of your order. Please contact me for further information.
• To ensure your cards reach you in perfect condition they will be posted in board backed envelopes to protect them in transit.
• Dizzy Lizzy Cards cannot be held responsible for lost, delayed or damaged cards once they are in the hands of Royal Mail.

Returns/Complaints

• I am confident that you will not be disappointed with the quality, design or presentation of your card. However, if for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase please contact me at info@dizzylizzycards.co.uk immediately in order that I may rectify the matter.
• I do appreciate all feedback whether it be positive or negative and look forward to hearing from you.

Privacy

• At Dizzy Lizzy Cards, your privacy is important to me. I can assure you that any information supplied by my customers will not be used for any purpose other than it was intended. I never pass any customer details on to any other company or organisation.
